Terms of Service — Roadster AI Video

1. The service

Roadster AI Video is an independent web studio that generates short, fictional videos from a photo or a text prompt. The service is operated at roadsteraivideo.pro. It is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc., SpaceX, or any creator of the viral Roadster clips, and it does not reproduce Tesla footage.

By creating an account or buying credits you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and sign-in

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure.
• One person per account. Automated account creation, credential sharing and resale of access are not allowed.
• You must provide a working email address. We may suspend accounts that use disposable or invalid addresses to farm credits.

3. Credits, prices and renewals

• Prices, credit amounts and the credit cost of each specification are shown on the pricing page and next to the Generate button. The server is the source of truth for every charge.
• One-time credit packs never expire. Monthly subscription credits are valid for the current billing month. Yearly subscription credits are valid for the current billing year. The three balances are tracked separately.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not remove credits already granted for the current period.
• If a generation fails before a result is produced, the credits are returned to the balance they came from.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A change never alters the price of a purchase you have already completed.

4. Your inputs

You must own the photo you upload or have permission from the person who does. If the photo includes a person, you confirm that the person has consented to being shown in a generated video. Do not upload:

• images of minors;
• images of people who have not consented;
• celebrity or public-figure likenesses used to imply endorsement;
• content that is sexual, harassing, hateful, or intended to deceive;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark or privacy rights.

We run every prompt and uploaded image through automated content moderation before generation. A flagged input is refused and the credits are returned. Moderation is a safety gate, not legal advice.

5. Your output

Subject to these terms, you own the video you generate and may use it commercially. You are responsible for how you publish it. If the clip could be mistaken for real footage, label it as AI-generated. Do not present it as Tesla footage, news footage, or evidence of a real event.

We do not add a watermark. We do not claim ownership of your render. We may keep a copy while your account is open so you can download it again.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• generate sexual content, harassment, hate speech, or content that incites violence;
• impersonate a real person or brand;
• build a competing dataset by scraping outputs;
• probe, overload or bypass rate limits, moderation or payment checks;
• resell raw API access without a written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these rules. Credits remaining on a terminated account are not refundable where the termination is caused by a violation.

7. Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party model and hosting providers. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. A scheduled or emergency maintenance window may pause generation. If a provider outage prevents a render, the credits are returned.

We may add, change or remove features. Material changes that reduce paid entitlements will be announced before they take effect.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI output is probabilistic: the same prompt can produce different results, and a vehicle may drift in shape during a fast movement. We do not warrant that a render will match a reference clip exactly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from inputs you uploaded without permission, or from output you published in breach of these terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@roadsteraivideo.pro.

11. Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top of this page when the terms change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
