Privacy Policy — Roadster AI Video
What Roadster AI Video collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how to delete your account and media.

Who we are
Roadster AI Video ("we", "us") operates roadsteraivideo.pro, an independent
web studio that turns a photo or a written prompt into a short, fictional
AI-generated video. This policy explains what we collect when you use the
studio, why we need it, and what you can ask us to delete.
We are not affiliated with Tesla, Inc., SpaceX, or any social platform. Support requests go to support@roadsteraivideo.pro.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address, the one-time sign-in codes we send to it, and the date the account was created. We do not ask for a password.
- Generation inputs — the photo you upload and the prompt you type. Both are stored with the resulting task so you can find the clip again in My videos.
- Generation output — the video URL, task status, credit cost and timestamps. The file itself is hosted by our storage provider and served through a signed URL.
- Billing data — the product you bought, the amount, the currency, the payment provider's order id and the resulting credit balance. Card details are entered on the payment provider's checkout page; we never receive or store a full card number.
- Attribution and diagnostics — the first page that brought you here, UTM parameters, country, locale, IP address, and basic request logs. These are used for fraud prevention, rate limiting and aggregate conversion reporting.
Why we process it
- To create your account and send the sign-in code you requested.
- To generate the video you asked for, charge the correct number of credits, and show the result in your account.
- To return credits when a generation fails.
- To detect abuse, duplicate accounts and payment fraud.
- To answer support requests and comply with tax and payment obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your uploaded photo to train a model. We do not publish your renders to a public gallery.
Who processes it on our behalf
| Provider | Purpose | Data | | ---------------------------- | --------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------- | | Cloudflare | Hosting, database, email delivery | Account, request metadata, email address | | Yito Pay / Stripe | Checkout and payment processing | Email, order, amount, payment method | | kie.ai / Seedance 2.0 | Video generation | Prompt and uploaded photo | | seeapi | Content moderation | Prompt and uploaded photo | | Plausible / Google Analytics | Aggregate traffic reporting | Page views, referrer, country |
Each provider processes data under its own terms and only for the purpose listed above. Payment providers may retain transaction records for as long as tax and anti-fraud law requires.
Retention
- Account, order and credit records: kept while the account is open and for the period required by tax and payment rules afterwards.
- Uploaded photos, prompts and rendered videos: kept while the account is open. You can delete individual renders from My videos, or ask us to delete the whole account.
- Sign-in codes: expire after ten minutes and are deleted automatically.
- Server logs: rotated within 30 days.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, correct your email address, or delete your account and its media by writing to support@roadsteraivideo.pro from the address on the account. We answer within 30 days. Deleting the account removes the profile, uploads and renders; order and credit records may be retained in anonymised form where law requires.
You can disable analytics cookies in the cookie banner without losing access to the studio. Sign-in and payment cookies are required for the service to work.
Children
The studio is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact support and we will remove it.
Security
Traffic is served over HTTPS. Sign-in uses short-lived one-time codes rather than passwords. Secrets are stored as Worker secrets, not in the repository. No system is perfect; if you find a vulnerability, report it to support@roadsteraivideo.pro before disclosing it publicly.
Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes. Material changes that affect how we use existing data will be announced by email to the address on the account.
